Terms & Conditions

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm (Monday to Friday), will be dispatched the same day.

Items place after 12pm (Monday to Friday), will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st class or 48 hour courier as standard.

Standard delivery is free on most items, to mainland UK only (excludes some larger items, for example: Kayaks)

Larger items sent by courier may incur extra charges if being delivered to the following areas:
Scottish Offshore Islands, Western Isles, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight & Ireland
AB30 - AB38, AB44 - AB56, FK17 - FK21, G83, IV1 - IV63, KW1 - KW14, PA21 - PA38, PH18 - PH50

Next day delivery is also available on most items to most areas of the UK.

We do not deliver outside the UK.  

Returns & Exchanges

We must be notified of any returns or exchanges within 14 days of the original purchase date. 

After this 14 day period your order will be assumed satisfactory. All claims of shipment errors and requests for returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

Any items to be returned or exchanged must be in brand new resalable condition and in original packaging, subject to the discretion of Seaflo (AP Lifting Gear Company Ltd).

Any returned items will be refunded (minus shipping costs) and exchanges will incur an extra shipping charge.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order we must be notified by phone or e-mail within 30 minutes of placing the order. If a request to cancel an order is not made within 30 minutes we may already have dispatched the item, in which case you would need to return it to us at your own cost for a refund.

Refunds

Any refunds will be made within 48 hours of us receiving goods back, or 48 hours from us notifying you that we will be making a refund, unless otherwise notified. Please note it can take up to 7 working days after the refund has been made to receive the money back into the bank account the payment was made with.
